Merry Home Hotel Lauds Abia Govt for Unsealing Property .

The Management of Merry Homes Hotel, Aba, has reacted to the unsealing of the Hotel by the Abia State Government following the nabbing of the culprits that murdered one Ms Chihurumnaya Udeh while her baby boy of about 11 months was taking away by the suspects.

Recall that the Commissioner of police and Abia State Government had on June, 20th, 2022, paraded the two suspects: Chimaobi Anyim Kalu 25, of No. 44 Nwogu Street Ngwa Road Aba, and David Ogwo Orji 21, resident at Umukanma Roundabout, Ngwa Road.

On July 14th, 2022,  through the Commissioner for Homeland Security, Information and Chief of Staff to Abia Governor unsealed the Hotel, which was due to the result of investigation carried out by the Abia State Police Command where the  culprits involved in the dastardly act confessed to the crime.

Reacting to the development the  Managing Director of Merry Homes Hotel, Aba, Mr. Felix Abengowe FCA, FCTI thanked the Abia State Government for unsealing the Hotel, thanking the Governor for the gesture  in view of the Police report which vindicated the hotel and its Management from the crime stating that Merry Home Hotels Limited is a no go place for criminals to  perpetuate crime due to its security consciousness in equipment and Human resources which assisted the police in unraveling the culprits.

He thanked Abia State Government for taking proactive steps leading to the closure of the hotel to fastall activities of hudlums who may rely on the peddled press reports by unscrupulous and saddists to cause mehem.

Mr Abengowe, commended the Abia State Police Command led by the Commissioner of Police, CP Janet Agbede, for painstakingly carrying out investigation on the matter which led to the arrest and and confessional statements charging  of the culprits, expressing optimism that other accomplices in the crime, will be apprehended.

He lauded the support from family members, Customers, close friends and the general public who supported him in prayers, praying God to reach them in their point of need.

Mr Abengowe, used the medium to announce that Merry Home Hotel is back in business following the unsealing, assuring that they will continue to led the way in Hospitality business while also promising to continue providing adequate security for their guests.
