Unity is the fulcrum of electoral victory, Hon Mandela Obasi tells PDP Stakeholders.

....... calls on Abiriba people to vote for all PDP candidates in 2023.

The PDP candidate for Ohafia North state constituency in 2023 General election, and the member Representing Ohafia North State constituency, Hon. Mandela Egwuronu Obasi has stated that Unity is the fulcrum of electoral victory. He made this known during a Stakeholders meeting held in his Abiriba country home.

Speaking, the two term house member, asked the party leaders to come together and ensure the victory of all the party candidates in the General election as that is the only way to salvage this country from the deepening economic crisis.

"We must ensure that the party wins all elective posts 5/5, and to achieve that there must be unity of purpose and together as we go into the elections. As long as candidates has emerged it is the responsibility of every party member to ensure their victory at the poll", he said.

While addressing a mammoth crowd of supporters at the Erinma hall Abiriba, the house member called on Abiriba community to vote massively for him and all PDP candidates in the 2023 general election. In return for their votes, he assured them of more people oriented representation, readiness to use his advantage as a 3 term member of the house to lobby attract more infrastructural development to the area.

He also assured them that his next term at the house will see a massive human capital development drive anchored on the principle of building people to be self reliance through university scholarship programmes, award of bursary to students in higher institutions, empowerment of artisans and training and equipping unemployed youths for self sustainance.

While responding on behalf of the stakeholders, Dr Okorafor Okorafor Ukiwe , the Executive Chairman of Ohafia LGA, Hon Okoro Okeke , former Chairman of PDP Ohafia LGA, Chief Ibe Otisi, Princess Grace , Former TC chairman Ohafia LGA, Hon. Ikechi Anya thanked the house member and assured him that the party will work hard and in unity to ensure the victory of all party candidates in Ohafia North and Abiriba in particular.

The meeting had in an attendance special guests, Senator. Mao Ohuabunwa, the PDP flag bearer for Abia North Senatorial seat and Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Uchendu, the PDP candidate for Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal constituency, who were in Abiriba to consult the party stakeholders and party faithful as they kick off their campaign in the zone.

Also in attendance are, Hon. Agwu Ukpong, Ohafia LGA PDP Chairman, Hon. Nnanna Awo, the LGA party Secretary, Hon. Edward Kalu Okocha, former Aspirant for Ohafia North housebof assembly, Chief Sunday Ifigbo, Hon Ejibe Ogbugha, Hon. Ota Odim, Hon. Dasuki Abraham Urum, Hon. Paul Kalu, Chief Arua Nwabueze, Madam Joy Ndukwe, Abia North PDP Women Leader, Chief Ndubisi Eme, Hon. Nelly Onwuka, Hon. Kelvin Ezikpe, Hon. Dimgba Ejieke, the three ward chairmen, women leaders and youth leaders among others.
