The Deputy Governor of Abia State His Excellency Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu, FNSE has advised Christians to show love and be good to one another for harmonious coexistence and as they live in fulfillment of God’s purpose for humanity.

He made this plea as he worshiped at Living Word Church, Igu- Igu junction Amaekpu Ohafia during the 10 years anniversary of Living Word Ministries worldwide. Engr. Emetu stressed that the Christian faith is anchored on the love of God, hence sacrificing his son Jesus Christ to die for the redemption of mankind. He therefore advised everyone to live sacrificial lives towards uplifting the people around us for the Glory of God.

He explained that the good governance, dividends of democracy, improved welfare of workers and massive infrastructural changes in Abia State as witnessed today is an expression and clear indication that the current administration under the leadership of Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR is people oriented and has the interest of the masses as utmost priority. He thanked the Church the the opportunity to be part of the celebration and urged them to remain fervent in their prayers for the Government of Abia State.

The President Living Word Ministries International and the Chancellor of Rhema University, Bro. Emma Okorie who delivered the Sermon tittled “ Make one another a divine Project” drew his Lessons from Hebrew 10:24-25. “And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near”. He enjoined Christians to consider the growth and progress of each other as an obligation in service to God, Humanity and for the growth of the Church.

Highlight of the Anniversary service was the special ministration, worship and praise session by Rhema Angels Choir.
