Amaekpu, Ohafia LGA - A distressing situation has unfolded in Amaekpu community, as two of its indigene, Mr. Kalu Uche, have been reported missing after attending a burial ceremony in Amangwu community.
According to sources, the duo had traveled to Amangwu to pay their respects to the deceased, but Mr Eke Anaga came back to Ameakpu and whereabouts of Mr Kali Uche remain unknown since the ceremony.
Mr. Eke Anaga, AKA lawyer was last seen being approached by some youths in Ameakpu, who demanded that he produce Mr. Kalu Uche. However, Mr. Anaga allegedly escaped, and both individuals have since been unreachable.
The families and community members are growing increasingly concerned about their safety and well-being.
The police have launched an investigation into the matter, and efforts are being made to locate the missing individuals.
The public is urged to provide any information that may lead to the safe return of Mr. Kalu Uche and Mr. Eke Anaga.
