GOV. Otti Visits Enyimba FM Aba, Commiserates With Management Over Fire

Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, visited Enyimba FM Aba on November 2, 2024, to commiserate with the management over a devastating fire incident that engulfed the station. He described the inferno as unfortunate but expressed gratitude that no lives were lost.

Governor Otti assured the management that his government would provide assistance to ensure the station resumes broadcasting quickly, leveraging the management's insurance coverage. He also emphasized the importance of fire safety measures, cautioning against careless use of solar panels and advising offices to have fire extinguishers.

The governor was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Priscilla Chidinma Otti, members of the Abia State House of Assembly, and top government officials, including Commissioner for Information Prince Okey Kanu. The Station's Manager, Mr. Michael Oni, conducted Governor Otti on a tour of the premises.
