Ibe Okwara Osonwa Foundation Scholarship Exams Conclude in Isu and Ututu
The Ibe Okwara Osonwa Foundation has successfully completed its scholarship examinations in Isu and Ututu, with over 80 students competing for educational support. Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa launched this initiative to support deserving students in Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency.
